- 1 oz. butter
- 1 small bunch scallions
- parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Finely chop scallions; add to potatoes.

2Pour on boiling milk and beat until fluffy.

3Cook cabbage.

4Chop finely and pour on melted butter.

5Add to potatoes, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and cabbage and beat together well.
