Cold Bread Pudding

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • about 2 c. leftover biscuit crumbs
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Crumble biscuit crumbs into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Mix eggs and milk real well; add vanilla and cinnamon.

    Mix again. Put 1/2 cup of sugar and raisins (if you want) over crumbs.

    Pour milk and egg mixture over all.

    Let set in refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak up bread crumbs, then bake at about 375° for 30 minutes.
