  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked crunchy
  • 6 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. tarragon

    Saute parsley, onions and peppers until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.
