- 2 lb. carrots, cooked and sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Heat everything except carrots in saucepan to dissolve sugar. Pour over carrots; marinate for 48 hours in refrigerator.

2You can serve carrots cold or, if you prefer, you can heat them in your microwave.
