  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pansy flowers

    Cut the watermelon into large cubes, remove seeds and skin.

    Peel the cucumber, and cut in 4 pieces.

    Remove the skin from the tomatoes and peppers.

    Cut the pepper in four pieces, remove seeds.

    Cut the tomatoes in four pieces, remove seeds.

    Put all the vegetables and the watermelon in the blender, add 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a little bit of salt to taste. Mix.
