- 3 Potatoes
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 600 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 Finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Peel the potatoes and cut into a size that allows them to cook quickly.

2Set aside.

3Bring the water to a boil and add the soup stock.

4Add the potatoes and boil until soft.

5Once they've softened use a wooden pestle or a masher to crush the potatoes.

6It's okay if you have a few lumps left over.

7Add the salt and black pepper.

8Once it's cooled down from step 3 add the milk and mix.

9Cover with a wrap and cool in the refrigerator and it's complete.
