Cold Raspberry Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. ice water
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine

Directions

    Put raspberries through a fine sieve to remove seeds.

    Add sour cream and sugar.

    Stir well.

    Add ice water and wine.

    Put mixture in blender and blend until well mixed.

    Chill overnight.

    Shake well before serving.

    Serve ice cold.

    (I serve in demitasse cups so that one can sip it.)

    Serves 6 to 12 in demitasse cups.
