Cold Raspberry Yogurt Soup

  • 2 c. fresh raspberries or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries*
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions

    Place raspberries in bowl.

    Attach bowl and flat beater.

    Turn to speed 6 and mash berries 1 minute.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 2 for 1 minute.

    Refrigerate until well chilled. Yields 8 servings.
