  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach *
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions and drain thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pinch off and roll into bite-sized balls.

    Freeze.
