- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- pinch of seasoned salt
- pinch of garlic salt
- pinch of red pepper
Directions

1Boil squash and onion in bouillon until tender.

2Puree in blender.

3Add cream cheese, curry powder, seasoned salt, garlic salt and red pepper to taste.

4Continue blending until frothy and well mixed.

5Serve cold with garnish of parsley and sour cream, if desired.
