- 1 large head of cabbage, cut fine
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, salt, and mustard and bring to a boil.

2Pour boiling dressing over cabbage and onions. Mix well.

3Store in air tight container in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

4This keeps at least a week.
