- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
