- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Combine cabbage and onion; set aside.

2Combine rest of ingredients in a small saucepan, except oil.

3Bring to a boil, stirring often.

4Stir in oil.

5Pour over cabbage; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

6Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
