- 1 medium head green cabbage (about 2 lb.), chopped
- 1 c. firmly packed spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In large bowl, combine cabbage and spinach.

2In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, half and half, sugar, vinegar and pepper until well blended.

3Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly to coat evenly.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

5Makes 8 servings.
