- 2 lb. cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3/4 c. peanut oil
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Shred cabbage and set aside.

2Chop onion small; add to cabbage.

3Combine remaining ingredients in pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

4Cook sauce until thick.

5Mix with cabbage and onion.

6Serve warm.
