  • 2 lb. beef roast
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. stick butter
  • 1 envelope dry onion mix
  • mushrooms

Directions

    Flour roast. Brown in butter and pepper. Combine soup, onion mix and wine. Pour over browned roast. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325°. Saut mushrooms and add to roast last 30 minutes.
