- 1 lb. collard greens
- 1 red pepper pod
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Directions

1Boil meat until thoroughly cooked.

2Meanwhile, remove damaged leaves, roots and stems from collards.

3Wash well, making certain no sand remains.

4Add all ingredients to meat.

5Cover and cook until collards are tender.
