- 1 bunch collard greens
- 2 c. chipped salted ham
- 2 cured ham hocks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 hot green peppers
Directions

1Pick greens, removing foreign objects, stems and yellow leaves.

2Chop greens into small pieces and place in pot with salted chipped ham and ham hocks that have been cooking for about 1 hour.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and let greens cook until tender (about two hours).

5Yields 6 servings.
