  • 2 bunches collard greens
  • 8 c. water
  • 1/4 lb. pork meat
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 hot peppers

Directions

    Wash collard greens and cut into large pieces.

    Put water in large pot and add salt pork meat.

    Let water and meat come to a boil.

    Add cut collard greens.

    When greens become tender, add hot pepper to taste.
