  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 qt. popped corn

Directions

    Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.

    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.

    Then boil without stirring for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Bake for 1 hour in 250° oven.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
