- 1 bunch Fresh Collard Greens
- 1 small Sweet Onion
- 5 slice Bacon
- 1 dash Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions

1Chop raw bacon slices and onion.

2Add to hot pan (must be large ).

3When onion is cooked (appear golden colored and transparent), add washed collard greens to pan.

4Toss everything together making sure collards are mixed well with the bacon grease.

5Continue to toss occasionally, DO NOT OVER COOK COLLARDS!

6When done, take pan off stove, add some freshly ground black peppe to taste.
