  • 3 slice bacon chopped
  • 1 tsp butter unsalted
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 bag of frozen collard greens
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

    In a medium pan saute bacon until cooked on medium heat.

    Add butter, onion and garlic.

    Saute until onions are caramelized.

    Add crushed red pepper and collard greens.

    Cook until collard greens are warm all the way through.

    Serve
