- 2 large ham hocks
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Place collards in large bunch, cut up and wash very good.

2Add cooking oil.

3Add large ham hocks and sugar.

4Add salt (in large pot).

5Add greens.

6Cook for 2 or 3 hours or until very tender. Serve hot.
