- 1 can tomatoes
- 5 medium onions
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 5 cans Great Northern beans
- 3 cans chopped collards (or fresh if you have them)
- 2 cans sliced potatoes (or leftovers if available)
- 2 large ham hocks
Directions

1Taste fruit for salt because all canned has salt.

2Pepper to taste and add a few dashes of hot sauce.

3Use 5 or 6 chorizo (Spanish sausage).

4If sausage is not available, use pepperoni. Start with tomatoes, ham hocks, onions, sausage, garlic and beans. Cook about 30 minutes.

5Add all other ingredients.

6Bring to a boil.

7Decrease heat and simmer 3 hours.
