Collards 'N Pork Chops

- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- a few collard leaves, washed and chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 onions, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown pork chops and season to taste.

2Put pork chops into Dutch oven or large pot with a lid.

3Add the chopped collard leaves and the remainder of the vegetables along with a small amount of water.

4Cover tightly and steam for 30 minutes, checking liquid level frequently.

5Pour cream of mushroom soup over all the ingredients in the pot.

6Put the lid back on the pot and simmer until all the vegetables are tender.

7It's very good.
