- 2 lb. beef loin cut into 8 steaks
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- pinch of oregano
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- vegetable oil
- pinch of cumin
Directions

1Season the steaks with mustard, pepper, cumin and vinegar; let stand.

2In a frying pan, heat the oil and saute the tomatoes, onion, garlic and oregano; add salt.

3In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute the steaks until browned on both sides.

4Add the sauce and cook covered 10 minutes over low heat.

5Makes 8 servings.
