Rasberry Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 white box cake mix
  • 1 tspoon almond extract
  • 1 1/2 gallon of premium vanilla ice cream melted
  • 3 tablespoons rasberry jam or apricot
  • 5 oz white chocolate
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix cook and serve

    Mix cake mix following box directions. Add almond extract. Bake in loaf pan. Let cool

    When cake is cooled cut into 3 layers. spread each layer with 1 Tbsp of rasberry or apricot jam.

    return one layer to loaf pan. pour melted icecream over. Repeat topping with final layer of cake.Place in freeze until solid

    prepare pudding mix with 1/2 c extra milk. Melt in white chocolate. Remove cake from freeze and pour cooled pudding over as a frosting. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
