- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. melted shortening or bacon drippings
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well.

2Heat bacon drippings in black iron skillet or corn bread pan.

3Pour about of drippings into corn bread mixture and mix well.

4Pour into skillet and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
