  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

    In a large bowl, combine salt, yeast, 2 cups whole-wheat flour and 1 cup flour.

    In a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, heat water, honey and
