- 4 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix ingredients quickly; don't overbeat.

2Blend eggs, salt, sugar and milk in blender.

3Gradually add flour, blending after each addition.

4Add and blend melted margarine.

5Heat a nonstick lightly greased 10-inch skillet.

6Add a small quantity of batter. Tip the skillet and let the batter spread to cover entire pan. Cook over moderate heat.

7When edges dry and underneath is lightly brown, reverse it and brown other side. Roll pancake up.

8Serves 4 to 6 people.
