Ingredients

  • 34-1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned corn (drained)
  • 13 cup chopped onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 1 pinch dried oregano

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and onion.

    Drain.

    Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles as directed.

    Mix cooked beef/onion, noodles, soup, corn, and all spices/seasonings in a casserole dish.

    Add a little bit of milk or water if it seems too thick.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Uncover, bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
