- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 12 cup finely chopped onion
- 12 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 34 cup uncooked rice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In a large skillet heat oil and butter.

3Add chicken, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until chicken is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Transfer to a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

6Bake, covered, at 375 for 55-60 minute or until rice is tender.
