Ingredients
- 4 to 8 squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 2 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 to 2 c. crumbled crackers
- 1/2 c. milk
- dashes of salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 c. water
Directions

1Boil squash on medium heat in 2 to 3 cups of water; drain after squash is cooked to tender.

2Blend in all ingredients except 1 package of shredded Cheddar cheese for topping.

3Be sure all is well blended before topping with Cheddar cheese.

4Place in a Pam-sprayed pan.

5Bake on 350° to 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is brown to your likeness.

6Serves 4 to 6.
