  • 1 qt. spaghetti sauce (your choice)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box shell macaroni
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Cook macaroni by directions; drain.

    Mix 1/2 of macaroni and 1/4 stick of butter (melted).

    In a separate bowl, mix onion, green pepper, cheeses and sour cream.

    Add macaroni to mixture. Mix other half of the macaroni with remaining butter and add to mixture.

    Pour in glass casserole and top with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
