- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento or parsley (for color, if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook onion briefly until soft, but not brown.

2Drain corn except for a small amount of liquid.

3Add to onion and cook for a few minutes.

4When you consider the corn done, drain excess liquid and add cream cheese.

5Stir until completely melted.

6Add decorative touches and serve.
