  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach

    Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven, stir and top with cheese.

    Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
