  • 1/2 bottle low-fat French salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 small cans fried onion rings
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix dressing and lemon juice.

    Marinate fish in dressing at least 3 hours.

    Place marinated fillets in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
