- 6 large potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- dry onion mix or chopped fresh onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3/4 to 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Cook potatoes until done; drain and add soup.

2Blend with mixer.

3Add cheese and onion and blend.

4Melt margarine in microwave oven.

5Pour 1/2 melted margarine in large glass baking dish.

6Pour potato mixture over margarine.

7Sprinkle potatoes with crushed corn flakes.

8Pour remaining margarine over top of corn flakes.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
