- 5 lb. potatoes (about 9 large)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth.

2Add remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.

3Cool.

4Cover and refrigerate.

5They may be used anytime within 2 weeks or freeze.

6To use, place desired amount in greased casserole dish.

7Dot with butter and bake covered in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
