  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

    Cook and mash potatoes; add cream cheese, beating until smooth.

    Add sour cream, garlic and butter.

    Place in casserole dish.
