Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350AF.

2Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan w/ parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; coat well w/ cooking spray.

3*I used 3 mini loaf pans this time.

5Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

6Set aside.

7Beat butter w/ sugar with a mixer until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla, then milk and honey.

8Beat in dry ingredients.

9Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake 45-55 minutes or when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10Let cool 1hour, then remove the loaf from the pan(s) and transfer to a rack to cool completely.
