  • 18 small soda crackers
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.

    Beat until stiff; add sugar and gradually fold in soda crackers (rolled fine). Add nuts and vanilla; place in lightly greased pie pan.

    Bake 35 minutes at 300°.
