Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots (mixed)
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 or 2 (10 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry (this may be reduced to 1 Tbsp. or omitted)
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables according to directions on packages. Drain.

    Combine with other ingredients in buttered 2-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Stir 2 or 3 times while baking.
