Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Softened, Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Used Coffee Grounds
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cups Roughly Crushed Potato Chips
  • 1/2 cups Roughly Crushed Pretzels
  • 1/2 cups Roughly Crushed Fritos
  • 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars and coffee grounds.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla then add to the sugars, butter and coffee ground mixture.

    In a large mixing bowl mix together the, oatmeal, flour, potato chips, pretzels, Fritos, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and baking soda.

    Slowly add the the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

    Shape into balls about two tablespoonfuls each.

    Place the balls two inches apart on a Silpat- or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
