  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour in pot.

    Pour in corn syrup.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Allow to slightly cool.

    Pour in slightly beaten eggs.

    Add butter, vanilla and pecans.

    Pour in pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 300° oven for 50 minutes or until done (inserted toothpick should come out clean).
