  • 2 c. conch, tenderized and finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients with enough milk for the mixture to hold its shape.

    Form into fritters and fry in 350° oil until golden.

    Drain on paper towels and serve with hot sauce or the sauce of your choice.
