- 2 c. conch, tenderized and finely chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients with enough milk for the mixture to hold its shape.

2Form into fritters and fry in 350° oil until golden.

3Drain on paper towels and serve with hot sauce or the sauce of your choice.
