Ingredients
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/3 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/3 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 lb. conch, tenderized and cut into small squares
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Combine flour and dry ingredients.

2Add a little water at a time to batter consistency.

3Add conch, green pepper and onion; mix well.

4Spoon batter into skillet of hot oil over medium heat to form small balls the size of hush puppies.

5Turn occasionally until golden brown.

6Drain and serve.
