- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. hot tap water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Mix yeast and hot water.

2Stir until dissolved.

3Beat egg and add to yeast mixture.

4Add soft oleo, then add sugar and flour. Seal in container.

5Let sit in refrigerator about 2 hours.

6Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

7Spoon 1 tablespoon for each roll. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

8Keeps up to 1 week in refrigerator.

9Makes about 18 rolls.
