- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/3 c. finely chopped kosher pickles (dill)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
Directions

1Beat first 4 ingredients together until smooth.

2Fold in pickles, pimento and egg.

3Cover and chill to blend flavors. Serve as a dip for potato chips, pretzels or raw vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
