- 3 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen baby limas
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can whole button mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook beans; drain.

2Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Add pimento and flour.

3Stir until flour is smooth. Add sour cream, liquid drained from mushrooms, salt and cooked lima beans. Heat gently.
