Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen baby limas
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can whole button mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cook beans; drain.

    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Add pimento and flour.

    Stir until flour is smooth. Add sour cream, liquid drained from mushrooms, salt and cooked lima beans. Heat gently.
